This lunchtime concert was held in St. Nicholas Church, Alcester to help raise funds towards the restoration of the Church.

⛪️ St Nicholas Church Alcester - Project Restore & Refresh ⛪️

Project Restore and Project Refresh are two important and linked development projects for St Nicholas Alcester.

Project Restore is looking after the essential restoration and repair work of the stonework on all four external facades of the church. Please click on drawings above to view what needs to be done. These repairs were identified in the 2014 Quinquennial Report prepared by the church architect. The report can be viewed by clicking the image on the right.

It is estimated that over £200,000 is required for this work, so a range of fund-raising activities began in 2015, and the project team is also making grant applications.

Project Refresh is linked because we also want to make improvements to the inside of the church so that it continues to function well for church and community use. This project is at the stage of identifying what needs and could be done.
